The<br>economic foundation of pastoral societies primarily depends on livestock production<br>and development. This is directly linked to the management and use of rangelands, as<br>well as the community\u2019s adaptability to the climatic conditions of arid and semi-arid<br>areas. Moreover, the mobility of pastoralists from place to place reflects a strategic<br>way of sustaining their livelihoods.
