The review was held in the presence of Mr. Daniel Tolosa, Director of the Planning, Budget Preparation, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The review focused on the implementation status of the 100-day action plan, particularly assessing the performance achieved during the first two weeks. Based on the evaluation results, strengths and gaps observed in the implementation process were identified, and the zones were ranked accordingly. Directions and recommendations for future actions were also provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Mr. Wakene Negasa, Director of the Bureau\u2019s Data Protection, Data Quality Assurance and Analysis Directorate, a total of 151 participants from 20 zones and 3 city administrations took part in the video conference discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such video conference-based performance reviews make a significant contribution to reducing budget expenditure, saving time, and improving the efficient utilization of human resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>June 14, 2026 (Sene 7, 2018 E.C.)<\/strong><br><strong>Oromia Irrigation and Pastoralist Development Bureau (OIPDB)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Oromia Irrigation and Pastoralist Development Bureau conducted a work performance review with leadership structures and professionals from the zonal offices through a video conference.
